In the initial point of contact, we will set up a walkthrough to properly price your flooring project. During this walkthrough we will do our best to ask and understand what your vision you have for your floor. We will come in with examples and color charts to match you with the perfect system, sheen, and color.
Once the quote is ready, your representative will email you for approval and date set up to commence your project. Our promise is to communicate with you each step of the way. One of the things that sets us apart from the rest is the diligence and attention to detail we provide when it comes to surface profile preparation. This is extremely important so that you floor coating has that proper grip factor and prevents a coating to fail.
Anytime JCL is in your home or space, we will protect and care for your property.
Rest assure that JCL will always provide your floor with high quality materials and coatings that will help insure a longer lifetime to your floor unlike the competition. From crack repair to the final top, we are confident in our products and work. It is often we come across obstacles in the concrete slab itself so we will consider all options and present them to you to make sure this flooring system turns out exactly how you want it. In most cases we highly suggest to do live samples since every concrete intake is different due to its raw nature and chemical reactions.
We will finish cleaning up and removing all equipment and tooling from the premises. We will provide you with a letter of completion stating the care of your new floor depending on what system we installed for you. The floor technicians will contact your representative or project manager assigned to you project to do a final walkthrough with you.
Once completed, we will have a quick photography session with your new floor so we can post across all our social medias. Only thing left for you is to tell your friends and family!
